3. Collection and storage when visiting the website
When you access our website, the server (or your access via the browser) typically generates access data automatically (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, data volume transferred, requesting domain, browser type). This data may be personal. It is used for the provision and technical stability of the site and to prevent misuse, and may be stored in server log files. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website).
Data is only passed on to third parties where required by law or to enforce our rights.
4. Cookies and cookie consent
This website currently does not set cookies for analysis or marketing purposes. On your first visit a cookie settings dialog (cookie banner) appears, with which you can optionally allow further categories (e.g. external content, statistics, marketing). By default only technically necessary storage is used. We store your choice only locally in your browser (localStorage), see section 5. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link on the home page.
5. Local storage (localStorage)
We use your browser’s local storage (localStorage) only for: (1) storing your cookie consent (which categories you have allowed and a timestamp); (2) a technical marker so that the website notice banner is not shown again after you have confirmed it. No personal data is transmitted to our server. Legal basis for storing your cookie choice is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); for the notice marker Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly presentation). You can delete the entries in your browser settings (localStorage) at any time; you can also adjust cookie settings via “Cookie settings” on the home page.
6. External links (e.g. Instagram)
Our website contains links to third parties (e.g. Instagram). When you click such links you are taken to the respective external site. The privacy policy of that provider applies there. We have no influence on the type and scope of data collected there. You will find information in the providers’ privacy policies (e.g. Meta/Instagram).
7. Fonts
This website uses only your device’s system fonts (e.g. Georgia, system sans-serif fonts). No fonts from third parties (e.g. Google Fonts) are loaded. No requests are made to external servers and no data is transferred to third parties.
8. Retention period
Server log files are generally kept only for a limited time (depending on the host’s configuration, e.g. a few days to weeks) and then deleted or anonymised. The localStorage entry remains until you delete it in your browser or the website overwrites it.
9. Your rights
Under the statutory conditions you have the following rights vis-à-vis us:
